Research Focus

I’m working on developing a novel microfluidic device constructed from poly(dimethylsiloxane) using multilayer soft lithography technology for long-term mammalian cell culture. The microfluidic network will integrate with multiplex bead analysis method to quantify multiple secreted cell singles response to several stimuli, such as TNF and EGF, and be used for studying autocrine process. I’m also applying micropattern technique to monitor interesting molecular transfer pathway of the patterned cell during autocrine process through fluorescent microscope.
